By managing the entire manufacturing process internally, Inline Medicare ensures that every stage — design, fabrication, coating, assembly, and testing — meets stringent quality standards. Our facilities in Govindpura Industrial Area and Bilkisganj span over 160,000 square feet, equipped with advanced CNC machines, bending units, and a nine-tank powder coating plant.

In-house production eliminates dependency on external suppliers and ensures consistent quality. Our engineers and technicians are trained to perform rigorous checks at every stage, following ISO, CDSCO, and MDR guidelines. Whether it’s a motorized ICU bed or a laboratory table, every product undergoes structural testing and load validation in our world-class lab built to IS & IEC standards.
Speed and Scalability
One of the biggest advantages of internal manufacturing is agility. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Inline Medicare ramped up production to supply 14,000 beds, including 4,000+ motorized ICU beds, in just six months. This would not have been possible without in-house control, efficient workflows, and a dedicated workforce.
